Refresh your morning routine with hatha flow yoga with Alicia.  We will focus on breath, relax into postures and close the practice with a guided meditation into shavasana.  Add some movement and stretching to your day.  Come out and practice with us!
Class costs $10, please bring a yoga mat and water.

I’m so excited to be a vendor at the Mystic Holistic Market!  I’ll be offering Rune Readings and Personalized Guided Meditations.  Of course, signed copies of “I Feel Too Much: A How-To Guide For The Beginner Empath” and “Love Meets Life,” will be for sale as well!  Please join me for a rune reading, meditation or a book! 

What’s a rune reading? 

Runes are a form of divination (similar to Tarot or Angel cards).  They can help you choose a direction, make a decision, or take a peek at what’s to come.  They can help guide you and lead you on your true path. I pull three runes for you and provide a write up that includes, photos of the runes and a description of each rune from the guide book.  We will also chat about what each rune means for you specifically. 

What’s a personalized guided meditation? 

Meditation helps to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.  By clearing your mind and focusing, you can improve your sleep, lower your blood pressure, lose weight, manage your pain and sharpen your memory.  You are in complete control of your thoughts, words and actions.  We will chat about what you want to get out of the meditation, and choose a type.  I will guide you through the meditation of your choice right then.  At the end of your session, you may feel calm and relaxed, or even energized and ready to go!  If you have any questions, please ask.  I look forward to working with you!

What’s an empath? 

An empath is someone who can feel the energy from other people, animals, places or objects.  An empath is in tune with the energy around them.  Not only can they imagine what someone else feels, but they physically feel someone else’s emotional distress or physical pain in their own bodies. 

You can feel everything, you feel other’s pain and suffering at the deepest of levels.  You not only love with your whole heart, but with your soul too.  You feel like you have an unending depth to you that no one else understands.  People may call you “too-sensitive” or “overly emotional.”
